recently updated guest rooms, well-maintained bathrooms, charming cluttered decor
Bathroom access not private when it's down the hall, safety concerns from walking past strangers at night in a rundown area, common areas feel disorganized!!!

The room we had included a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a dining area. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. That hotel was in a marvellous and excellent location, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it's near to restaurants, bars, movie theater, scenic water views of the Connecticut River and movie theater.

Couples cozy retreat
The breakfast was fantastic, I'm still dreaming about those homemade English muffins. It reminded me of home, we even chatted with the hosts about their cat collection, they care about making the stay personal.
It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the experience it was acceptable.

The breakfast was delicious with amazing homemade bread.
Despite it being advertised as having a private bathroom, I found it to be located down the hall. The whole area around the B&B looked somewhat run-down. The cluttered common areas didn't help the situation either.

Absolutley charming decor, if you can overlook the clutter! A designated bathroom isn't exactly private when it's down the hall. And for the price I paid, I woudl ve been delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade or at least some small token for my troubles. Couldn't believe I didn't get it, just couldn't!

The breakfast had Conrad's homemade maple oat bread and an array of Mediterranean dishes that turned my mornings into culinary adventures! The hosts, Pat and Conrad, were wonderful-going above and beyond to.
Nothing really detracted from the experience. Even the slightly cluttered common areas radiated charm, contributing to a cozy vibe that was more homey than chaotic.

The breakfast offered a lot of options and was delicious. the location was great, for example, McNeill's Brewery was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was so close to bars, restaurants, a movie theater, and scenic water views of the Connecticut River.
